Trap, mouse. Shaped like a house. Wooden box 5 1/4 x 4 7/8 x 2 5/8" H. Mouse enters a chute, chute tips and closes door. Mouse crawls through hole into body of trap. Since his weight is off the chute, the door opens for the next mouse. Printed: "LOVELL MFG. CO, Erie, Pa. , U.S. THE MASCOTTE/Patented July 28, 1876./Sept. 25, 1877. Whipple tree. Used to attach two horses to an implement. Wood 33" long 2 1/2 x 2 1/4". Each end has a heavy wrought iron strap that holds a wrought iron hook. Center has a wrought iron saddle, holding a heavy ring.
